CallSwift ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our telecaller CRM application.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you register.
- Lead Data: Contact details and call notes you enter into the CRM (phone numbers, names, disposition notes).
- Call Metadata: Call duration, timestamp, and disposition selections made within the app.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the CRM service
- To synchronize lead data across your devices via secure cloud storage
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
- To send follow-up reminders you schedule
- To communicate with you about service updates or support requests
3. Data Storage & Security
All lead and call data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We also maintain a local Room database on your device for offline access. We implement industry-standard security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, Firestore database, and crash reporting
- Cloud Notifications: For delivering follow-up reminders
These services have their own privacy policies governing data handling.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data and lead information for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
- Access your personal data at any time within the app
- Export your data by contacting our support team
- Delete your account and associated data at any time
- Withdraw consent for data collection by uninstalling the app
7. Children's Privacy
CallSwift is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the app or email.
Delete Your Account
You can request permanent deletion of your CallSwift account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below to initiate the process.
What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone)
- All lead contacts and call records you created
- Follow-up reminders and notification history
- Voice notes associated with your calls
- Analytics data linked to your account
⚠️ This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
How to Request Deletion
Option A — Via App
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the CallSwift app and follow the on-screen confirmation.
Option B — Via Email
Send an email from your registered email address to aacrazyenterprises@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include your registered phone number for verification.
Timeline
- Immediate: You lose access to your account
- Within 7 days: Full data deletion from active databases
- Within 30 days: All cached data purged from backups
