Account Deletion Request

At HearingVault, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Method 1: Direct Deletion from the App (Recommended)

The fastest and most secure way to delete your data is directly through the HearingVault app:

  1. Open the HearingVault app and log into your account.
  2. Navigate to Settings.
  3. Scroll down and tap on Delete Account & Data.
  4. Confirm your choice. Your account and all synchronized data will be permanently wiped immediately.

Method 2: Email Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request manual data deletion. Please note that for security purposes, you must send the request from the email address associated with your HearingVault account.

What happens when your account is deleted:

  • Your login credentials will be permanently erased.
  • All your synced cases, hearing dates, and cloud records will be permanently deleted from our servers.
  • This action cannot be undone.
